What is a Mobile Mechanic?

After you submit your booking request, nearby mechanics are instantly notified. Most bookings are accepted within 1 to 2 hours, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours, especially during busy periods.
You’ll get an email or text confirmation as soon as your mechanic accepts your booking. If no one accepts within 24 hours, our support team will step in to help find you a mechanic.
