Travelling frim Selby to York today on the A19. I unfortunately,hit a brick!. I managed to pull over to the side. I had difficulty getting out of the car because of the traffic.So I sat for a bit,but didn't feel safe. Then suddenly, a breakdown truck
pulled in front of me,with a friendly smile and a wave. I've never been so happy to see a stranger. The mechanics name was Craig. He quickly,and carefully, jacked the car up,replaced my tyre with a spare. He had passed me ,turned around and came back to help.
He then made sure ,I pulled off safely. I pulled into a petrol station and bought a coffee to calm my nerves.😁.I then drove straight to garage to get my tyre fixed. That was one big hole.
