When Klarna Can Be Used

Klarna is available only for services booked through our website’s built-in booking tool.
This includes:

  • Services booked through our main website booking system

  • Services booked through a mechanic’s profile if that mechanic has a built-in booking tool enabled

You’ll know a mechanic supports Klarna if you see:

  • “Klarna Pay”

  • “Book Appointment”

directly on their profile in the search results or on their individual profile page.

When Klarna Is Not Available

Klarna cannot be used for:

  • Work arranged privately or directly with a mechanic outside the BookMechanic.uk booking system

  • Jobs quoted, agreed, or undertaken without using the website’s booking tool

  • Any payments not processed through our Stripe-powered checkout

Only bookings made through our platform are eligible for Klarna. This keeps your payment protected and ensures mechanics receive payments securely and correctly.

We integrate Klarna through Stripe, our secure payment provider.
