Craig came to my workplace this morning to check a fault in the engine, he was open and honest and explained the fault. He drove to Leeds to collect a part came back and completed the job. Car was ready before I finished work. Excellent service and definitely recommend him.
Excellent service at short notice in appalling weather. In order to attend an urgent medical appointment the following day, Craig obtained the necessary part quickly and restored our vehicle to full working order in darkness and torrential rain. Following my long time garage owners retiring and failing to find an alternative garage to fix the problem at a sensible price or even find the problem in some cases! I dropped Craig an email to see what his thoughts were. Following an initial visit he quickly found the issue, followed up with an email quote. This was far more competitive (by a country mile) than the Landrover specialist I had previously tried!He turned up when promised and – despite my car and the new part being rather on the awkward side – worked until it was all back together again. I added an oil & filter change on too. Problem solved and now my car doesn’t try and gas me every time I start it, bonus!Very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use again, in fact my Mondeo is broken, so probably will soon!
Travelling frim Selby to York today on the A19. I unfortunately,hit a brick!. I managed to pull over to the side. I had difficulty getting out of the car because of the traffic.So I sat for a bit,but didn’t feel safe. Then suddenly, a breakdown truckpulled in front of me,with a friendly smile and a wave. I’ve never been so happy to see a stranger. The mechanics name was Craig. He quickly,and carefully, jacked the car up,replaced my tyre with a spare. He had passed me ,turned around and came back to help.He then made sure ,I pulled off safely. I pulled into a petrol station and bought a coffee to calm my nerves..I then drove straight to garage to get my tyre fixed. That was one big hole.
