• Services booked through a mechanic’s profile if that mechanic has the integrated booking tool enabled

Mechanics who support Clearpay can be identified by the:

• “Clearpay”

• “Book Appointment”

buttons shown on their profile or in search results.

When Clearpay Is Not Available

Clearpay cannot be used for:

• Work booked privately or directly between a customer and mechanic outside our platform

• Jobs priced, agreed, or carried out without using the website’s booking tool

• Any payment not processed through our Stripe checkout

Clearpay is only offered when the entire booking is completed through our platform. This ensures payments remain protected and properly allocated to the mechanic’s connected Stripe account.
