Yes all mechanic on our platform 12 months / 12,000 mile warranty terms. We encourage customers to ask about warranty coverage before the job begins. If a problem arises after the service, please reach out to the mechanic directly in the first instance.

Q: What happens if a mechanic doesn’t show up or is late?

If a mechanic is running late, they are expected to inform you directly. If you haven’t heard from them within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, please try contacting them using the details provided in your booking confirmation. If the mechanic does not show up or cannot be reached, please report it to us via the Help Centre and we will investigate.

Q: How do I book a mechanic through BookMechanic.uk?

It's easy! Just enter the service and location you need, then choose a mechanic profile to view. Inside each mechanic’s profile, you'll find a contact form and a booking tool that sends your request directly to the selected mechanic. Compare button: Use the "Compare" button on any mechanic’s profile you’re interested in. Once logged in, visit the Compare Mechanics section in your account to view selected mechanics side by side.
