Leave a Review

• Help others by leaving a review based on your experience.
• Your feedback helps us maintain high standards on the platform.

• If your mechanic has sent you a review link then this will take you to the review page.
• If not head over to the main search bar on the home page and entre the name of the mechanic or garage into the services search box.

• Then click search and your mechanic should appear at the top of the search results.
• Click on the name of the mechanic to open there profile.

• Once in the mechanics profile select the “Reviews” tab to open the reviews section page.

• Select your honest star rating for the customers Communication, Punctuality, Quality and Overall rating, leave your review in the large section, be as honest as possible it will improve our services, the mechanics services and future customers.

• Once the review is completed click “Post Review” please note it can take up to 24 hours to show on the mechanics profile

• Once the review is live other customers will be able to like your review giving it credibility to other customer.
