Our customer lead generator form lets customers contact you with there enquire straight into your “Lead Box”. The form is situated towards the bottom left hand side of the screen next to your booking tool.
To access your “leads” start by logging into your account.
Once on your account page click on “All Leads”
Your “leads” will appear in the box below and will allow you at accept and access customers enquires. Click on “View” next to the lead you want to view.
Depending on your subscription level depends on the charge for each lead / cost for lead generation in your area. The top package lead generation form is normally Free with the subscription and some of the lower packages have a small charge working up-to pay as you-go for Free Mechanic Listings. example: Tip – Some area representatives may have access to a discount code!!
Package 1 = Free leads
Package 2 = £10 per lead
Package 3 = £20 per lead
Free Package = £35 per lead
Once the lead has been accepted all the customer details will be realised to you, enquire details will be in full view pre acceptant to allow your self to make an informed decision on whether to accept the Lead or not.
To Access the lead simply click on “Unlock For £”
Apply Discount code if one is available and click pay now.
This will direct you to stripe to make a one off payment to access the lead
If you have the wallet feature in your subscription this can also be used to pay for your lead
