Booking & Payment Authorisation

When you book a repair or service:

• You’ll enter your payment details at checkout through our stripe checkout.
• We use Stripe Connect, a secure payment provider, to safely handle your card information.
• The amount is taken and stored with bookmechanic.uk stripe holding account until work is completed by the mechanic.
• After completion of work the funds are realised minus commission to the mechanics connected stripe account for processing.
• Bookmechanic.uk is a booking platform only and liability lies with the mechanic.
