I would not recommend this mechanic based on my experience.
I have paid a substantial amount of money for various repairs, including an engine rebuild, clutch and turbo work. I have concerns about the engine rebuild as the vehicle is still not running properly, and I have not been provided with receipts/invoices or documentation for some of the work carried out.
More recently, I paid £350 by bank transfer for rear brake pads, a throttle body and vacuum valve, and £260 by bank transfer for repairs to my son’s moped. Neither of these jobs has been started.
There have been repeated delays and changing dates, and I have now requested my money back. I have been told that my refund will be processed but could then take up to 14 days, or possibly longer, to reach my account.
I have kept records of my payments and correspondence and am now pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, based on everything that has happened, I would not use this mechanic again.
Have recently had expensive work done on my car and they have now left me with a car i am unable to use due to engine issues
Also payed to have other work done and they never returned to complete the job or return my money
This is not a company to trust and ive learnt this the hard way .
