If No Mechanic Accepts the Booking (Booking Declined)

  • If no available mechanic accepts your Booking within a certain time frame, you’ll be notified by email or WhatsApp.
  • You’ll have the option to:
    • Adjust your preferred time or date.
    • Expand your service radius (to include more mechanics).
    • Try a different service or rebook later.
  • Our support team may also step in to help match you with a mechanic manually.
